A key member of the accounting staff reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Major focus of responsibilities will be in the manufacturing job costing area, supports line management in analysis and decision-making needs, KPI / P& L monitoring, both ad hoc and routine; however, there will be other functions as well.

* Run various types of Construction Projects from tenant improvements to open store remodels and beyond.
* Attend Pre-Bid/Pre-walk meetings.
* Assist with Scheduling project using clients preferred scheduling format.
* Run assigned projects in a fiscally responsible manner, bringing projects in on time and on budget.
* Assist in the scheduling, coordination and run weekly job meetings for Subcontractors and Owners.
* Coordinate project and process change management and communication with Owners Reps.
* Work to keep compliant with job Safety including Covid-19 Procedures.
* Weekly safety meetings with employees and subcontractors.
